CUSTOM CAPABILITIES.....We don't offer stock caps off of a shelf.  All of our caps are custom made especially for your company.  You can choose any combination of crown and visor colors.  You can even choose the colors for the smaller details such as the button, undervisor, sweatband, etc.

COLOR AND FABRIC SELECTION.....We offer over 120 different fabrics giving you almost unlimited possibilities for customization.  Our selection includes...22 Twill colors (all with matching mesh available) - 16 colors of Sanded Twill - 16 colors of Denim - 8 colors of Distressed Twill - 6 colors of Wool - 6 different Camouflages including licensed patterns: Mossy Oak, Real Tree, and Advantage.  Many other fabrics including Hopsack, Highland Cord, HoundsCheck, Romanelli, Linen, Propex, and Suede.

ATTRACTIVE STYLES.....All of our fabrics and colors are available in four basic styles as illustrated below.  Whether you are looking for the old style "taller" cap or the more contemporary nonstructured "lower" style, we have one to meet your needs, and if you prefer, we will be happy to mix styles within your order. (48 minimum per style)

LOGO OPTIONS.....We offer a wide variety of options for your logo including...Embroidery on cap front, back, sides, and bill.  We can even embroider on the cloth size adjusters. A new feature we are offering is a leather patch which we can "emboss" with your logo.  We can also rivet an embossed metal plate to the leather patch, creating an especially unique and classy look.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS.....We have a variety of options available, to add a "finishing touch" to your caps including...Metal or sewn eyelets, size adjusters made of leather with a brass buckle or velcro, braided visor cord, etc.  We can even include a custom label sewn into the sweatband with your company information and/or message.

MADE IN U.S.A. OR MEXICO.....Untill recently all Legend caps have been made in the U.S.A. (Orange City, Iowa) They are now offering  caps made in  Mexico as well. The quality of the product is the same however the pricing is approximately 20% to 30% less. At this time some styles/materials are not available in Mexico. Please call for availability if interested. All caps made in Mexico will have a label that reads "Assembled in Mexico of U.S.A. materials"
